By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using text-to-podcast.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
The Service converts text you provide into AI-generated audio podcasts and offers tools to publish those podcasts to third-party platforms. Features, pricing, and quotas may change over time.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the text you submit and the resulting audio. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to submit that content and to publish the generated output. You agree not to use the Service to produce content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or is harmful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise abusive.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies; review before publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
